Manual harvest, grapes subject to a careful selection, destemmed and crushed to a granite mill where they were stepped on with feet. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, second and third use, with 500 liters of capacity.

Deep violet red color. On the nose, very fresh and intense with notes of black wild fruits, well combined with light floral notes that give it elegance. The subtle notes of wood, fine-tune and add complexity to its aroma. Well structured wine in the mouth, with firm tannins, well wrapped by the fruit, and smooth texture. Persistent and elegant finish.

It preferably accompanies dishes of intense flavor such as red meats, game, wood oven roasts and cheeses. Serve at 17- 18ºc Store the bottles in a cool place (12ºC to 14ºC) and without light. Serve at 8ºC - 10ºC
